The LEGO 40563 Tribute to LEGO House is a 583-piece promotional set that was released in 2022. It includes five miniature builds based on sets that are only available for purchase at The LEGO House in Billund, Denmark. The five sets are:

  • 40501 The Wooden Duck
  • 40502 The Brick Molding Machine
  • 21037 LEGO House

The LEGO House is an interactive play museum dedicated to LEGO. It's designed by the Bjarke Ingels Group and was inaugurated on September 28, 2017. The building incorporates 21 staggered blocks that resemble LEGO bricks, with nine roof terraces containing children's play areas. 


The LEGO 40563 Tribute to LEGO House set includes five models, each with its own exhibition base. Some say the set captures a lot of the finer details, like the blue steps, glass windows, and entrance

What are the Shipping Rates?

We ship using USPS, UPS, or Fedex (carrier selection is at our discretion). Standard shipping is 3 days west of the Mississippi, 5 days for the rest of the continental U.S., and 7 days to Hawaii and Alaska*.

Large parcels, (typically anything more than 2 pounds) cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Orders are typically shipped within one business day after placing your order. We currently do not ship outside of the U.S., except by prior arrangement.

What is the Return Policy?

Returns on new / sealed sets accepted within 30 days with valid receipt. Sealed sets must be returned with all original factory seals in tact. NO returns on damaged/clearance sets, used sets, bulk used Lego parts, Lego parts, custom orders or custom build-a-minifig items. Collectible minifigs must be returned “like new” condition — no scratches, missing parts, dings or dents.

All returns must be approved in advance. In order to receive a return authorization, please contact John@Johnsboxofbricks.com. Please include your original invoice number, date of purchase, what you want to return and why you want to return it. We will try to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless approved otherwise by John’s Box of Bricks. Upon approval, a return postage label will be provided. Upon receipt of your item and verification that the item is in similar to condition as when it was sold to you, then will be reimbursed for the amount of your purchase less any shipping costs to return the item.

What is the Refund Policy?

Refunds will be provided within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of your item and refunds will be provided via the same method of original payment (credit card, paypal, etc.).
