Returns on new / sealed sets accepted within 30 days with valid receipt. Sealed sets must be returned with all original factory seals intact. NO returns on damaged / clearance sets, used sets, bulk used Lego parts, Lego parts, custom orders or custom build-a-minifig items. Collectible minifigs must be returned in "like new" condition (no scratches, missing parts, dings or dents).
Return Authorization Process
All returns must be approved in advance. To obtain a return authorization, contact John@Johnsboxofbricks.com with your original invoice number, date of purchase, item details, and reason for return. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Postage and Refunds
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise approved. Upon approval, a return postage label will be provided. Once the item is received and verified to be in similar condition as when sold, reimbursement will be issued for the purchase amount minus return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
