This exclusive mini modulars set is an authentic miniature representation of the first 5 buildings in the Modular Building series: Café Corner, Market Street, Green Grocer, Fire Brigade and Grand Emporium. Featuring highly detailed design, each building can be displayed as a stand alone piece or connected to the others buildings in the set. The mini Café Corner includes details like a fan above the doorway and printed hotel signage, while the mini Market Street includes transparent bricks and a unique brick construction. The quaint mini Green Grocer also features transparent bricks and a fire escape at the rear, while the mini Fire Brigade includes a brick bell and white arch wall elements. Finally, the mini Grand Emporium has a rooftop sign, skylight and window washing platform.

What are the Shipping Rates?

We ship using USPS, UPS, or Fedex (carrier selection is at our discretion). Standard shipping is 3 days west of the Mississippi, 5 days for the rest of the continental U.S., and 7 days to Hawaii and Alaska*.

Large parcels, (typically anything more than 2 pounds) cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Orders are typically shipped within one business day after placing your order. We currently do not ship outside of the U.S., except by prior arrangement.

  • $25 to $50 Purchase = $ 7.50 shipping
  • $50 to $100 Purchase = $10.00 shipping
  • $100 to $150 Purchase = $15.00 shipping
  • Greater than $150 Purchase = Free Shipping

What is the Return Policy?

Returns on new / sealed sets accepted within 30 days with valid receipt. Sealed sets must be returned with all original factory seals in tact. NO returns on damaged/clearance sets, used sets, bulk used Lego parts, Lego parts, custom orders or custom build-a-minifig items. Collectible minifigs must be returned “like new” condition — no scratches, missing parts, dings or dents.

All returns must be approved in advance. In order to receive a return authorization, please contact John@Johnsboxofbricks.com. Please include your original invoice number, date of purchase, what you want to return and why you want to return it. We will try to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless approved otherwise by John’s Box of Bricks. Upon approval, a return postage label will be provided. Upon receipt of your item and verification that the item is in similar to condition as when it was sold to you, then will be reimbursed for the amount of your purchase less any shipping costs to return the item.

What is the Refund Policy?

Refunds will be provided within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of your item and refunds will be provided via the same method of original payment (credit card, paypal, etc.).
