We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier selection is at our discretion). Standard shipping is 3 days west of the Mississippi, 5 days for the rest of the continental U.S., and 7 days to Hawaii and Alaska*.  We also offer expedited shipping for additional fees. 

Large parcels, (typically anything more than 2 pounds) cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Orders are typically shipped within one business day after placing your order. We currently do not ship outside of the U.S., except by prior arrangement.

All domestic orders over $150 ship for free, otherwise rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on order total.

Returns on new / sealed sets accepted within 30 days with valid receipt. Sealed sets must be returned with all original factory seals in tact. NO returns on damaged/clearance sets, used sets, bulk used Lego parts, Lego parts, custom orders or custom build-a-minifig items. Collectible minifigs must be returned “like new” condition — no scratches, missing parts, dings or dents.

Return Authorization Process

All returns must be approved in advance. In order to receive a return authorization, please contact returns@johnsboxofbricks.com. Please include your original invoice number, date of purchase, what you want to return and why you want to return it. We will try to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless approved otherwise by John’s Box of Bricks. Upon approval, a return postage label will be provided. Upon receipt of your item and verification that the item is in similar to condition as when it was sold to you, then will be reimbursed for the amount of your purchase less any shipping costs to return the item.

Postage and Refunds

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise approved. Upon approval, a return postage label will be provided. Once the item is received and verified to be in similar condition as when sold, reimbursement will be issued for the purchase amount minus return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
