LEGO Brand Retail Store is a Promotional LEGO Brand Store Opening set released in 2012, containing 280 pieces and 1 minifigure. It depicts a miniature LEGO Store with a removable roof, interior light fixture, Pick-A-Brick wall, glass display cases, shelves representing boxed sets, and a front with glass doors and a stickered LEGO logo. The set was an event exclusive available only at new LEGO Store grand openings in North America in 2012, including locations such as Nashville, Tennessee and Seattle, Washington. Distributed as a free gift with a qualifying in-store purchase, it was limited to 3000 sets with 300 allocated per day per store.

What are the Shipping Rates?

We ship using USPS, UPS, or Fedex (carrier selection is at our discretion). Standard shipping is 3 days west of the Mississippi, 5 days for the rest of the continental U.S., and 7 days to Hawaii and Alaska*.

Large parcels, (typically anything more than 2 pounds) cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Orders are typically shipped within one business day after placing your order. We currently do not ship outside of the U.S., except by prior arrangement.

What is the Return Policy?

Returns on new / sealed sets accepted within 30 days with valid receipt. Sealed sets must be returned with all original factory seals in tact. NO returns on damaged/clearance sets, used sets, bulk used Lego parts, Lego parts, custom orders or custom build-a-minifig items. Collectible minifigs must be returned “like new” condition — no scratches, missing parts, dings or dents.

All returns must be approved in advance. In order to receive a return authorization, please contact John@Johnsboxofbricks.com. Please include your original invoice number, date of purchase, what you want to return and why you want to return it. We will try to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless approved otherwise by John’s Box of Bricks. Upon approval, a return postage label will be provided. Upon receipt of your item and verification that the item is in similar to condition as when it was sold to you, then will be reimbursed for the amount of your purchase less any shipping costs to return the item.

What is the Refund Policy?

Refunds will be provided within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of your item and refunds will be provided via the same method of original payment (credit card, paypal, etc.).
