Returns on new / sealed sets accepted within 30 days with valid receipt. Sealed sets must be returned with all original factory seals in tact. NO returns on damaged/clearance sets, used sets, bulk used Lego parts, Lego parts, custom orders or custom build-a-minifig items. Collectible minifigs must be returned “like new” condition — no scratches, missing parts, dings or dents.

All returns must be approved in advance. In order to receive a return authorization, please contact John@Johnsboxofbricks.com. Please include your original invoice number, date of purchase, what you want to return and why you want to return it. We will try to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless approved otherwise by John’s Box of Bricks. Upon approval, a return postage label will be provided. Upon receipt of your item and verification that the item is in similar to condition as when it was sold to you, then will be reimbursed for the amount of your purchase less any shipping costs to return the item.
